Celebrating 10 Years of Marriage in Savannah, GA (Day 5) ...

DAY 5 our last day in Savannah, we participated in a walking tour of historic homes in Savannah. Beautiful homes, all privately owned. Because they are historic, the owners have to keep and upkeep them as they are.

These homes date back to the 1700 & 1800's. Absolutely amazing. You'll notice that some of them have lots of wrought iron. As well, you see that most of Georgian style homes have 4-5 windows across the top of the homes.

Once we finished the tour, you know that we had to eat! We grabbed lunch at Vic's on the River and it was fantastic.

Later that evening we had dinner at Alligator Soul, that was out of this world! The service, food and atmosphere was on point.

Lastly, from our hotel we had a perfect view of the 4th of July fireworks. What a great way to end our 10 year wedding anniversary trip!

Thanks Savannah, Georgia!! You were all that and more and we will be returning!
